Nalaxone / Narcan training

I have an opportunity for us to get Narcan training. The organization is called FAN (families against narcotics), and Pastor Buddy from Liberty Baptist Church has agreed to host the training there. It takes about an hour. From the Trainer: As far as setting up a naloxone training event, I want to make you aware of some basic details:

• Training length is approximately one hour

  • Including set up, presentation, Q&A, waiver collection, and material distribution

• Date/time of training can fit the needs of your group (weekday, weekends, morning, afternoon, evening, etc.)

• Each participant who completes the training receives a free naloxone kit (two doses of NARCAN nasal spray) and, depending on class size, a rescue rebreather mask I just need to know when everyone will be available.
